"While the property was absolutely beautiful, the customer service and and hospitality were lacking. I find it confusing to see so many raving reviews, yet our experience was so different. It felt like all the attention went to building a beautiful 5 star resort, but there was no staff training to create the experience you’d expect at a place this nice. We sat at the pool for about 20mins and were handed our menus (There was only 2 other people at the pool this entire time). After about 40+ mins we realized no one was coming back to take our order. We had to walk to 3 separate restos/bar because no one seemed"

"Clean room, asked for a different pillow and was given one promptly. Lots of rules. No room service. Mary Ann and MJ were excellent servers - both showed great respect, care & truly deserve a promotion!! Our view was exceptional!!!!!! "

"We were welcomed by the most lovely flowers in our room for our honeymoon trip, which we loved! I had to give it less stars though because there were bloodstains on the second set of sheets when they cleaned, and it certainly wasn’t from us, so it was gross but they changed it as soon as we noticed and told them. "There was no reliable hot water my entire stay. It kept shutting off and the staff could only reset the breaker which would last for 30 seconds and trip again as soon as they’d leave. There was also bad internet and no smart TV, only fuzzy cable channels. This hotel is good location and has no bugs and the resturant downstairs is amazing. "

" First, the building does not have an elevator, and we were placed on the fourth floor. As both my wife and I are senior citizens, climbing several flights of stairs has been physically difficult and inconvenient for us. This arrangement has caused unnecessary strain. Second, upon arrival, there was no toilet paper available in the washroom. I had to go down to the reception area to request it. Third, when my wife attempted to use the bidet, a foul odor came out of it, which was very unpleasant. Fourth, when my wife took a shower, the body wash reservoir was empty. I had to go down again to the reception to complain. Instead of sending staff to address the issue, I was given large refill containers and expected to fill the reservoir myself, which we found inappropriate. Lastly, we were informed that the extra pillow we requested would require an additional payment. In our experience staying in other places such as Pangasinan, La Union, Bataan, and Tagaytay, basic amenities were readily available upon arrival. A minimum of four pillows was provided, and we were not required to pay extra for such basic comfort. I sent the above to hotel manager and still waiting for response."

"The staff was courteous however they were unorganized and unable to check us in until 8pm! They did give us free breakfast however still frustrating. Overall the room and hotel was decent but nothing special. "
