「Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone.」

「Security room door lock was pried off of door frame/room safe was without lock & key. Advertised pool was completely non-functional and blocked off from guests. Parking attendants wrecklously moving cars almost hitting me & wife yelling at people… Three hours to check in/front desk clerk crying she can’t handle the short staffing situation… Property beach bar with rave party til 2:00am with drunk/high patrons screaming in parking lot and knocking on doors on fourth floor. A nightmare on 14th...
