「Had a great week on DuPont Ave. The house was great, the linen service was wonderful. The only bad thing and it’s not bad was the parking. If people have driveways they should use them. They choose to park on the street and take up a parking spot.」

The towels were unusable, the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, and there’s no place in the shower to keep soap or washcloths other than the floor. 「Our flight ended up canceled last minute so we were unable to stay. A friend was there for the same training we were scheduled for and she let us transfer to them without hesitation. They were so appreciative and so happy with the experience, they messaged me this morning to rebook same place for another event they are attending this month in the same area. 「The staff was super nice, especially the guy with the earrings and blue beanie. Check-in was very fast, staff was incredibly accommodating and patient. The room itself was big, very clean, smelt nice and the shower was great. Good pressure, had 2-in-one shampoo/conditioner and body wash, and lots of space to put your own products as it is a tub/shower. 「We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and...

「My family and I had an awesome week here. Beautiful home. Very nice decor. The home was very clean. Easy check in/out. Having a parking spot was a major plus. Quiet area. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A lot of little welcoming touches. Top notch beach chairs and umbrella. The only things you need to pack are your clothes. Everything else was supplied. Excellent communication with host. I highly recommend this home. I would definitely stay here again. 」
