The Space:

With Long Beach directly across the road, this comfortable duplex makes it easy to enjoy the coast from morning to night. Wander down for an early swim, take a long stroll along the shoreline, throw in a fishing line or simply grab the supplied beach chairs and spend the afternoon by the water.



Downstairs, the home features a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with air conditioning, creating a comfortable space for everyone to relax together. Step outside to the enclosed rear courtyard, where an outdoor setting and BBQ make relaxed holiday meals easy.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms, the main bathroom and a common sitting area with air conditioning, helping to keep the upstairs bedrooms cool and comfortable during the warmer months.

The Neighborhood:

Long Beach is a peaceful coastal community on the northern side of Batemans Bay, known for its long stretch of sheltered shoreline, abundant wildlife and beautiful bush surrounds.

One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location — Long Beach is just across the road, making spontaneous swims, morning beach walks, and sunset strolls part of everyday holiday life.

For guests who enjoy walking and nature, the area is also a great base for exploring the surrounding tracks. The nearby Square Head tracks in Cullendulla Creek Nature Reserve wind through spotted gum forest and lead to scenic viewpoints, quiet beaches and views across Batemans Bay.

Head towards nearby Maloneys Beach, and you can also access coastal walking routes including sections around Murramarang National Park and the Murramarang South Coast Walk, with forests, headlands, secluded beaches and spectacular coastline to explore.

Batemans Bay is also within easy driving distance for supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shops and family attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Batemans Bay and the wider Eurobodalla region, although once you arrive there’s little need to drive to enjoy the beach — simply walk across the road.

The surrounding Long Beach area is ideal for beach walks, while nearby trailheads provide plenty of options for guests wanting to explore the bush and coastline on foot.
