Quite good value for money

Convenient location if needing to stay reasonably close to the airport. Easy access to the house and room by codes emailed from the host. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Water pressure in the shower was low and intermittently cut off entirely

Ok for the price

This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay.

Very good location. Quiet and clean. Reasonable price. The thermostat is mentioned in the instructions but cannot be found by me. It means I could not adjust the room temperature. The self check-in process is a bit confusing since it requires reading several emails and text messages. Please fix the sliding shower door that does not close properly.

Cheap and ok for the value!

This is a house with hostel style rooms. No reception or anyone to call. Each room has a lock. Didn’t feel safe as a solo traveller. But it was cheap and inside the rooms were small but ok for overnight before early flight.

We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. We do not recommend any other People to book this Apartment, if u ignore our Comment and do then you are gonna have fun… Good luck..

Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room.

The property itself was ok. Our room was just off the kitchen/living, so it was was subject to the excessive noise of other guests. When I asked them to talk quietly, at 7am in the morning, the response was "this is a hotel, and I can do what I like" Very disappointing. The owners/managers aren't on site to uphold the excess noise hours. Also, no milk available for tea/coffee. No quite what I expected.

*Pretty sure this place has BED BUGS, as we woke up with TOMS OF BITES. Furthermore, this room was not as advertised. I think they are using stock photos from the internet instead of actual photos of the property. The back door does not lock. The shower and sink do not drain. The shower door does not close all the way and let’s water all over the floor, which was annoying because there are only 2 towels provided. There also was no soap provided other than handsoap, when online it said toiletries were included. I messaged the point of contact about all of this and got no reply. Stay somewhere else!

I was really disappointed with my experience. I checked in at 7 and left around 7:40 and I was with my mrs, just walking around town doing some shopping and then When I returned to my room, at around 10:00pm I was shocked to find a stranger sleeping there. This was a clear breach of security and privacy, and it completely ruined my stay. I expected much better from a place that's supposed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for traveler. I was there talking to the guy he showed me a receipt of his booking and the guy was actually sleeping there so I phoned the police they said they wouldn’t do anything I was there for 1-2 hours and I was struggling didn’t know what to do so I ended up driving 2 hours back to my city at night. Worst experience of my life. By Monday I need my full refund back please. Many thanks

I realized after booking, from the email that they said check in ended at 10 pm and there was no service desk there. There was no way for us to make it by 10 pm, so I tried to cancel and realized I couldn’t. I reached out to Expedia for help and they assured me someone would stay at the desk so we could check in, but the email specifically said there was no desk. The conflicting information and my concern that we would end up with no place to stay led to me asking Expedia to help me cancel it. They did not cancel it, I ended up marked as a no show and obviously did not get a refund. Don’t stay here if you are trying to get a room near the airport. Find a place near Paddington Station and then just catch the express train to Heathrow.

This property is more like an air bnb than anything else. It looks like a hiuse from the outside and is on Bath Road, not where goggle takes you! NO PARKING Chinese, Indian and kebab nearby and walkable.
