This unique space is great for friends and family who want to spend a quiet & quality stay, just a 2-minute walk from leafy Sefton Park whilst being situated a stone's throw away from the well known cosmopolitan Lark Lane only 2 miles from Liverpool's vibrant City Centre.

Before we start, here are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about this Liverpool 4 Person Apartment:

1 - The LOCATION is simply amazing. We are just 2 miles from the city centre and less than a 2-minute walk from one of the country’s finest Victorian Parks Sefton Park. What’s more, we are a stones throw away from the cosmopolitan area of Lark Lane, meaning that if you're looking for bars or restaurants, you really are spoiled for choice!

2 - Our building has a lot of character. It's a typical Liverpool Victorian building, previously a small hotel until 2004 when it was renovated into 8 stylish apartments.

The apartment is SPACIOUS, and having been fully decorated in July 2018, is clean and fresh. The separate entrance provides real PRIVACY which is rare in many apartment blocks. The space features high speed fibre optic broadband and we have recently installed multi-room cable TV should you wish to relax whilst catching up on your favourite box sets!

3 - The PATIO is awesome since it extends into the garden, allowing you to enjoy the best days of summer outside.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting the apartment:

1 - We live in a residential area so NO PARTIES are permitted in our home at any time during your stay.

2 - This property is not located in the City Centre. Therefore, if you are planning to go to the City Centre during your stay you will need to catch a bus, train or take a taxi. We have excellent transport links but if feeling more energetic you could walk to the city centre in around half an hour. When staying here you will benefit from the best of both worlds – you can relax and enjoy the peaceful quiet surroundings of Aigburth and Sefton Park. Yet the lively, vibrant city centre is just a short distance away.

3 - Like any other older buildings, the walls and floors can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Liverpool. That said, it's not something that ever bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbours and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building any time during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 11PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, this place is not for you. But if you intend to behave like a local, you will love your stay!
