"The room was mostly clean, though the lamp in the sitting area was dusty. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Bed was soft and very nice. Lying down I could see the hills, pretty, but BART was right below the window. I could see it standing up and hear it when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast and happy hour were standard. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Nice, clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Only issue we had was the person in the room next to us woke up up super early because they started screaming at each other. Staff should have been able to hear it because we heard staff in the lobby off and on but the screaming went on for a little while. Also a heads up, this location only has valet parking. You'll have to find some off street parking if you don't want to utilize the valet."

"Make sure to check in for each reservation. I made a reservation, then noticed I needed another day. I was not told I would need to check in again for the new reservation. I was called while I was in church. The person told me, "You have not checked out. Check out time is 11:00am, and the maids needed to clean the room. That was when I found out I needed to check out then check in." It could have been taken care of when I checked in for the first reservation. I was not happy about that. But now I know what needs to be done if this happens again. All and all my stay was great. The breakfast was at the top. Thank you again for the information and the help."
