Was not as expected. Other than the highly processed restaurant in the building there weren’t any amenities. The supply the cheapest quality of toilet paper which falls apart when using. Drawers did not stay closed which is a hazard at night when walking to the bathroom. Coffee in the morning was mud. We were notified we had to pay $20 a day for parking either. Shower floor was very slippery. I would not return.

This is our 3rd time staying here second time having what I think was an ant problem, tiny ants in the bathroom every day all over the sink found one the bed. I’m not 100 percent sure but either a guest had a party at the pool or maybe a worker but we saw people pull up in cars and go straight to the pool and leave at night no wristbands,we thought the person having the cook out may have worked there we have seen security before come check wristbands but that day none in sight , no big deal but it killed the vacation vibe.

Everything was out of date. It actually smelled old in the room like unclean. The first room we we given it smelled old and the closet had an big open hole in it and the door was off the hinges laying on the ground

Staff was extremely helpful. New hotel. Nice to have cafe etc. -best meal of trip was teriyaki salmon at bar!!! Great for a Disney vacay( free transfer to parks) with LESS little kids. Eventually may be nice to have sundries shop, another restaurant but great hotel. Also suggest a few suites with washer dryer would be helpful.
