We did not rent a car so walked to town and would take a taxi or bus back when we had groceries to carry. We also used buses to go to other towns and that worked out well. 「The house was nice and quiet. It was advertised with a view of the ocean, however the hedge was so tall it was not possible to see over it for the view. In addition, the house could use a few basic instructions on the switches, stove, washer/dryer, etc readily available, in addition it would be nice to have a few more hand towels and hooks so guests can hang them to dry. Overall the place was a solid performer, lots of room to spread out; not walkable to a town but a short curvy drive in.」

The house is pristine and has everything you need for a lovely stay in Kinsale. The only thing to note is that parking is extremely confusing. Spaces are not marked and the tenant in the property next door was parked such that we could not fit our car into our designated space. 「This was a lovely spacious unit, very clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, quiet. Nice touches like milk in the fridge, tea in the cupboard. It was a little far from the city Centre - 25-45 minute walk but no problem for us as we are walkers. Buses are nearby. 」
