「新しくてきれいなホテルでした」

「I made my up the very steep stairs and found the street despite a heavily faded sign. But, when I rang the bell nobody came. I waited around for nearly an hour, tried to find a phone number to call (not listed on Expedia). Finally I caught the bus back to Santiago for that night. Very disappointed.」

「Great location in Valpo. All of the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us—stored a lot of luggage for us, helped us bring it to our room, and was very responsive. Breakfast was cooked to order and kitchen staff was also very nice. A small boutique hotel that delivered. 」

「This is a very comfortable and modern hotel that sits across the small coast road from the rocky shore. We had a nice seaview room with a balcony, where we could hear the sound of the sea against the rocks. The hotel has a full service restaurant. The only thing that detracted from our stay is that the hotel is currently cutoff from most of the town's restaurants and bars because the shore road is closed for construction.」

「コスパが高くて最高です。飛行機の遅延により、翌日に宿泊することとなり、メール連絡したが、親切に対応してくれたり、uberの運転手とトラブルになった時も親切に対応してくれた。 ホテル自体は港に面しており、シービュールームだとなかなか景色がいい。シャワーのみだが部屋はきれいで使い勝手はよい。歩いて2分程度のところにショッピングモールがあり、スーパーやフードコートもある。また港では観光船に乗ったり、サンチアゴよりかなり安くお土産が手に入る。レストランはランチのサラダビュッフェが地元の人に人気で、込み合っている。お勧めのホテル。」
