Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on beautiful High Rock Lake! This cozy 400 sq. ft. studio guest house is small but efficient — offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway, fishing trip, or remote work retreat.

The studio features two twin beds (can be pushed together to form a king) with linens provided, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and towels, and a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, two-burner stove, full-size toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic cookware, plates, cups, and utensils are all included.

Enjoy TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment and convenience during your stay.
Guests have full access to the pier and dock on the lake — perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in a beautiful sunset over the water. The property sits on the Abbotts Creek side of High Rock Lake, known for its deep, clear water and great fishing.

There’s ample parking available for your vehicle and boat. A community boat launch is located right beside the property (best suited for smaller boats), while the nearest public launch is the Wildlife Access at 899 Wildlife Recreation Area Access Rd, Lexington, NC 27292.

Please note: This is a shared property with the owners, but the guest house, pier, and dock area are entirely for your private use.
