「Beautiful and spotless! Accommodations were perfect! This was our 2nd stay. Unfortunately we did not read the email on the parking changes since 1st stay. Construction of sidewalk in front of Coves was torn up and getting your luggage to house took my husband 4 trips to parking lot that is basically 2 blocks away. We were there for our suns wedding for 9 days and had more luggage and our dog. It’s a lovely place for a short term visit. 」

She sent a very detailed email that answered just about any question that we had. Upon arrival , we were greeted and assisted by an associate. 「The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...

「This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back」
