"Continental Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly in the rooms were nice and clean."

"Never saw the cleaning staff but I had clean towels. I had to go to the front desk to get coffee for the room. The advertising said it was a river walk view but the two windows looked out on two walls. Maybe because of this the lighting in the room was dim; the lights were not bright enough without daylight. Breakfast was great and the two free drinks each evening made everything else wonderful."

"The reception staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff requires quite a bit of work. Had to make numerous calls to have the room serviced, and the housekeeping staff left the room unsecured/door open, creating an unsafe environment."

"Advertised as a resort hotel. It is not. There are no amenities unless you like corn hole and rocking chairs. No elevator and the restaurant was closed for diner both days we stayed. Great location and a decent motel. Front desk made up for our disappoint they were great."

"The room was inadequately cleaned, trashcal full if beer cans, etc. Fllirs not very clean, stopped up toilet. Staff at desk was apologetic, but we had ro plunge the toilet from previous guest. Not really acceptable."

"We loved the location, view, and cleanliness of this property. Unfortunately we could not get the stovetop to work, and the morning we left I couldn’t get the dishwasher to start. But this doesn’t affect our review because we were not visiting Wilmington to cook or do dishes; as there are many great restaurants to choose from.
