"JoJo‘s Jewel is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington close to many restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. The space was very accommodating for two people and the bed very comfortable. There is a skylight in the bedroom which is good if you are an early riser, but could be frustrating if you like to sleep in late. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"We loved our weekend stay. We found an amazing restaurant at the end of the block. There were a lot of bars at the other end. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs which was specified in the listing. The biggest downfall was the parking. There was nothing listed before booking about no parking so that was a surprise, however in the email the property manager sent prior to arrival it did let us know where free street parking was located about 5 blocks away. We ended up spending a pretty penny on parking alone. Overall everything was very nice."
