This unit overlooks the Capefear River, Riverwalk, and Battleship North Carolina Memorial. located on Front St above a popular bar and steps away from bustling restaurants, shops, nightlife, tours, and so much more! Recently renovated the unit is decorated with modern art, vintage Turkish rugs and comfortable furnishings with sleeping accommodations for six. Enjoy a night in lounging on our river view deck or take part in downtown nightlife which offers something for everyone!
The space
Recently remodeled, the unit has two bedrooms with one bedroom in the front of the unit and the other in back. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The second bathroom can be entered from the hallway or from the second bedroom.

For sleeping arrangements, in addition to a king size bed and double bed, there is a day bed in the master bedroom which is 30" x 69" and a larger second day bed in the living room which measures 34" x 80". (linens provided for all).

Important: condo is located over a bar that is open until 2am. Additionally you will be located in the entertainment district which is lively at times. If you are staying downtown to take advantage of the nightlife you will love this location. We have done our best to sound proof the condo and provide noice canceling machines in the bedrooms and earplugs. For people with sensitive hearing or who are bothered by background noice you may consider someplace more suitable. This is not an issue for most of our guests but we want to be upfront. We do not provide early check out, credits, or refunds due to music or noise which is part of our vibrant Historic Riverfront.

Fun place right in the middle of everything!

We loved the home and especially the proximity to great food and fun. While the music nearby was loud at night, being near everything we wanted made it worth it. And between the extremely comfy bed and a little white noise we slept just fine. Great place, very clean and modern!

Quick Beach trip

The loaction was great for us. It backs up to a view of the river , and is right on the strip to enjoy restaurants, and shops. Not to far of a drive to the beach. The place it self was clean & all of the spaces were furnished nlicly.

Downtown Wilmington is a blast!

My sister visited from CA for a first-time stay in Wilmington. The "artsy downtown river view condo" was perfect. Near all of the great restaurants & the River Walk. And our host, Mary, was great. We actually met & she offered various suggestions for eating, drinking & sightseeing. Would highly recommend for a stay. The bars are a little noisy at night, but manageable.

Vacation in Wilmington

Cam's condo was the perfect stay for my family vacation which included myself, my daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. The property was wonderfully decorated with a beautiful view of the river. The location was great for walking to most places of interest. Cam was a great host. Her description on VRBO accurately detailed the property. I greatly appreciated how clean the property was and how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment and supplies and nice towels for the baths. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Luxury in Downtown Wilmington

This property is a wow. The River View and the proximity to the River Walk is amazing. The deck is outfitted with great outdoor furniture for relaxing, so close to the RIver. The inside has lux furnishings and fixtures. Everything worked perfectly. The communication with the property manager was stellar, Cam was very accommodating and helpful - super nice. We would definitely book this property again.

Modern and clean condo right in the middle of everything!

Booked last minute to take advantage of non touristy dates. I am local and wanted to surprise my husband for a weekend getaway for our 22nd wedding anniversary. Owner was flexible and eager to please and make our stay enjoyable. Condo was pet friendly and easy in and out. The weather was cold so we didnt get to enjoy the patio, but we had a wonderful time. What a great place!

We LOVED our time at Cam’s place! The decor, layout and location were perfect for us! We were having a girls trip and couldn’t of picked a better place. Cam was super honest about the loud music at night in her description so we were prepared for it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time in downtown Wilmington! College tour

To Wilmington to tour the college with my son I booked this plate because of his proximity to downtown. The home was beautiful and everything that we needed. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere found street parking and paid for free for our second car. I even left my perfume there, and the owner went out of her way to put it in the mail back to me. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Another amazing stay at Cam’s!

This is our second time in 1 year staying at Cam’s condo on the waterfront. We stayed during winter and summer and we had a great stay both times! The condo is set up so beautifully and it is very clean. The bar below can get loud but with sound machines and blackout curtains - it’s very peaceful! Our kids sleep in the bedroom with the water view and there is no sound disturbance there which is great. We love how we can walk to everything (the best gelato in NC is steps away!) and enjoy water views on the patio in the evening. We can’t wait to come back again!

Riverwalk Fest

This property was perfect for our stay. We work nights normally so staying out all night and bar hopping and mingling with the locals was exactly what we were looking to do. Came into town for a wedding and was able to walk everywhere and sight see. We did a ghost bar crawl, the bizarre museum and danced all night at the reef cafe. This particular weekend was the Riverwalk festival and we were able to shop at all the vendors and enjoy some carnival food as well. We created a lot of fun memories. The people are so friendly and welcoming. We are definitely making a trip back as soon as we can.

Amazing!

This was the best experience ever!!! Cam was an excellent host. We were there for our adult daughters Birthday. We had our husky with us. The place was spotless. So clean and beautifully decorated. Cam made sure everything was available including dog dishes and snacks. The beds were so comfortable. We slept like babies. Will definitely book again.

Great host and location

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Wilmington. It was spacious and well stocked and has very comfortable beds. It was great being able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. True stand-outs of this property were how clean the apartment was (seriously spotless!!) and also the courtesy and kindness of the host, which was superb. There was some noise from the bar that’s below the apartment and that was expected. When I felt the bass a little too much, I texted the host, and in a few moments, the bass was dialed back. My son is a heavy sleeper, so he slept in the big room and never noticed a thing and slept like a log.

Awesome spot

We stayed here for our son’s college graduation. We had lots of young adults so the location to nightlife spots was within walking distance and everything including coffee shops, the river walk, restaurants, bars, etc were literally underneath and around our condo. Mary was an awesome host and the communication was great. If you are looking for an electric environment with everything a vibrant downtown can provide then this is the spot. If you are very noise sensitive the master is over a pub and it can get a bit loud but the provided ear plugs were awesome and I slept well. My wife had a little more trouble but overall it was a fantastic stay.

Family Weekend getaway

Location is great!! Restaurants, bars, breweries and activities all a short walk. We even walked to the Dead Crow Comedy club and had a great evening there. The unit was very clean and had everything you might need. The porch with the view of the river was fantastic! Something to keep in mind: as stated in the description the unit is above an active bar that plays loud music until 2am. The unit has white noise machines in both bedrooms and earplugs available. But if you think this will bother you, this unit is not for you!!

Perfect family weekend in Wilmington

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in Wilmington staying at Cam’s beautifully decorated condo. The location could not be beat as it is in the heart of downtown Wilmington. We enjoyed walking to the waterfront and sipping drinks on the scenic porch watching the boats go by. Cam has thought of everything- with chargers for phones, sound machines in the bedrooms and lovely bath products to use. The master bedroom is so luxurious and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in away from home! The kitchen had wonderful dishes and stocked with all the kitchen utensils you would need to prepare a great meal. I also appreciated how thoughtful Cam was for pet owners (we don’t have a pet) but there was a whole drawer in the kitchen for your pup - dog treats and bowls, etc. Thanks for a wonderful weekend and we can’t wait to come back this summer!
