The place was wonderful: great location, well maintained and clean. But the service was exceptional - Sherry is an incredible host, attentive to every detail and wish. She prepares a fantastic breakfast and accommodated our every wish and need without being in our space often, like at some hotels. Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington.

Historic house in beautiful area with loads of character and updated with plenty of comforts. Very walkable to downtown Wilmington and the river walk. Hostess is very responsive, very friendly, very efficient and a great breakfast maker. Everything was comfortable and we loved the wrap around porch and the gardens.
