「The property was as pictured and clean. Information for check in was provided in a timely fashion and correct. Nice neighborhood a short distance from family who lives in North Port. The only hiccup in our stay was when the AC unit died 2 days before our departure. Initial response when I reached out was quick. A wall AC unit was provided to cool the master bedroom. 「This is the second time in a year that we have rented this home. It is so well kept, clean and supplies wirh all you need for a trip to the beach. The host is very attentive to any issues that might pop up, dealing with them that day. I would highly recommend this home and host.」

「Lovely, clean place to stay! The unit was completely redone recently. Kayaks were great to use on Lemon Bay. Beach 2 block walk away but Unit comes with beach cart, beach chairs & umbrella. Quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen and even a grill in the backyard. Check in was super easy and the 2 owners were quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again 」
