「Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was! There is plenty of room in the loft for a family to spread out so you are not on top of each other like a hotel room. You have the 2nd and 3rd floor available to you!
