You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Private Studio, own entry, kitchenette, full bath.

Fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy and comfortable studio. For 2 people in a queen bed although a 3rd person might sleep on the couch (not as confortable, since couch is cute for seating mainly) or a third person can sleep in an inflatable twin matress. Also, guests have a separate and private entrance to the place with self check in. Our place It’s 20min to the strip and 10min to the Speedway. Shopping centers and restaurants are pretty close by as well. It has a full bath, a kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things to cook your food. Access fo WIFI, and a Smart TV with Prime, Disney, Netflix and other free channels. We like to respect your privacy, but If you need further assistance, we are a message away.

Wedding Staycation

Our experience with the VRBO listing was nicer than I expected; it was our first time using VRBO and it was close to restaurants, shopping and in a nice neighborhood! We would highly recommend this location for your Las Vegas experience!

It's great Little Property to Stay in while in Vegas!

I needed a place that was outside The Strip. This studio was easy in many ways--in location, access, and communication with the property manager. The bed was very comfortable, which was a big plus.

This was a beautiful little apartment. We went to Vegas to visit my daughter and son in law. There was room for us to sit and talk and play games. The property was just as described it was clean all linens werw provided. And kitchen was stacked with your basic needs. I would stay again!

Cool and comfortable

My daughter and I were visiting Vegas for a concert. This location was perfect for staying off of the strip. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and about a ten minute drive to downtown. The room was as pictured/described, very clean and modern. We felt very safe and would definitely stay again. Check in was easy and the communication was prompt and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Perfect little place for family

I stayed here with my husband and son. The set up the place was great - large TV was in line with bed and couch. We were all able to watch a movie together. The kitchen was set up nicely, with all the perks of a rental -plates, silverware, coffee, fridge (only had a hot plate, but the kettle was enough for us to make ramen).The sofa bed was low for me, but both my husband and teen fell asleep on it without any issues! I'd give it a 9.9 out of 10 because the toilet was interestingly low (but not terrible). We loved it and plan to stay if it's available next time we are in town - Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at this property. I am a senior citizen traveling alone. I felt very comfortable and very safe at the cozy and welcoming property. I needed nothing extra- just a few food items. I hope to stay again as it is not far from my family and calling for Uber transportation was so easy and never a problem.

It worked for us! Not too far from PIR! the room itself was great except for bed up against the wall! hard for older people to crawl in & out of. was very clean though!
