I booked king size bed and when i check in, hotel provided me 2 single bed, than i called receptions to explain my booking bed type, they change the room to king size, in the night the light fuse trip, and contacted receptions and they send technician to address the problem, the technician reset the electrical switch and left, again after 2 hours the lights not working, this makes me and partner very difficult to go to bathroom, and we need to use the hand phone touch light when move around the room. In the morning ( 2nd day , Saturday ) informed reception on the electrical problem ( the lights not working ) they said only able to switch room after 1pm, when the guest check out, at 3pm hotel switch room and t my disappointment the room they exchange is 2 single size bed, than i called again hotel reception and explain the bed type, than they gave me another room with king size bed. My 2 days stay in this hotel in need to transfer room 4 times. This is very inconvenience to me and the hotel did not offer any complementary service for the inconvenience caused.
