「Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

「全体的に良いが、夕食のスープなどが塩辛い 薄味にして テーブルの上に塩、コショウを置いてほしい」

「Great hospitality with all the facilities for a family. The kids loved the view from the room」

「War super」

「無人のチェックインですので事前に届くメールを確認する必要があります。部屋はとても新しく清潔でバルコニーからの眺めも良いです。朝食もとても美味しく良かったです」

「Nice breakfast ready in the morning」

「Excelente. Tudo preparado com muito capricho.」

「Great stay at a quiet location with good access to main trails via car.」

「We stayed in Dolomitii for skiing for 7 days, three days in Hotel Foresta and four days in the mountains. The owner and his family members were all kind and friendly, and the foods were very delicious, especially the mountain cheese, ham, and salami. We enjoyed them every morning and every evening with good wine. We shall never forget their kind hospitality.」

「The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...

「Excelente localização, pertinho do centro histórico. Quarto limpíssimo. Recepção impecável e atenciosa. Amei tudo na estadia.」

「Great location, love the afternoon buffet!」

「酷暑の中、エアコン完備で救われました。設備、清潔感、ロケーション、サービスなどすべての面で満足でした。」

「The girl at reception is very helpful, thanks! We felt welcome by all staff members and received useful info from them.」

「Great property! 2 bedroom/1 bath. Large modern bath with washer/dryer combo. Lovely wood interior, very cabin feel but also modern. Full kitchen with full plates/pans etc. panini press, iron etc. just complete. Clean and beautiful. Located on quiet street. Views from balcony breathtaking. Person checking us in super helpful and friendly all around a great experience. Also go directly to nearby residence Kristall to check in.」

「Very nice people and place， will be back ：）」
