「The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. The only trouble is that there aren’t any shops or many restaurants nearby, the hotel kitchen wasn’t open daily. There’s only one restaurant next to the hotel and it’s great but variety would...

「Very disappointed. I was arriving at 11pm, I've let them know and discovered that after 8pm they completely shut off the phone. I wanted to call for an information, impossible! When I arrived the hotel was all closed, thank god the bar was open and the person kindly helped me. No air conditioning in the room, no hair dryer, asked for an iron they said that it's currently used by another client. Bad bedding, king size bed was in fact two 1 place mattresses together.
