Very clean and well decorated rooms. Convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was not included but we had good coffee in their bistro downstairs. We had a great time staying there.

Hote bellissimo in posizione centralissima. La camera pulitissima e silenziosa il personale davvero cortese e disponibile ma il punto di forza è stato davvero la colazione… fantastica! Qualunque cosa richiesta è arrivata con una qualità altissima!!! Tagliere formaggi/speck uova FANTASTICI!!! Ma anche il croissant caldi e appena sfornati e di ottima qualità…

Das Zimmer wirkte neu renoviert, modern und schön. Toller Blick aus dem Fenster. Leider nur Parkmöglichkeiten auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Praktische Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im Hotel vorhanden. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, im Erdgeschoss ist aber das eigene Bistro vorhanden. Personal ist nett, die meisten konnten aber kaum Englisch, was bei Rückfragen etwas unpraktisch war. Generelle Notiz: Achtung bei der Einfahrt in den Ort, die Zufahrt ab Norden ist verboten und bringt eine hohe Strafe mit sich. Wäre bei Buchung tatsächlich einen Hinweis wert.

Excellent

Good location, easy to park at the public parking 300 m from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great standard in the room and overall. Nice breakfast! Close access to the all different ski resorts. Ski bus bis close but we chose the rental car. Thanks for the great stay!

해당지역은 한국인분들이 잘 안가는듯합니다. 정말 고즈넉한 분위기가 풍겨져있는 아늑한 숙소이며, ZTL구역도 아니여서 차를 이용하여 방문하기에 적합합니다. 더불어, 프론트데스크에 상주하시는 직원분이 반지하에있는 식당도 같이 맡고있으신데 아주 친절하시며 굉장히 미인이십니다. 조식은 다른 호텔에비해 아쉽긴하지만, 절대 굽히지 않는 맛을 제공합니다. 단점이라면 해당지역의 모든 가게들은 굉장히 일찍 닫습니다. 몇몇 술을 판매하는 가게를 제외하면 식사 쇼핑은 오후 5시이전에 해결해야해요

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very nice bed and cozy comforters. I especially enjoyed being able to open the windows and listen to the music from town in the evening, and later in the night, the sound of the river was lovely. One unusual design feature is the shower. If the handheld wand is left facing outward, it is the first thing that turns on when you start the shower, which can result in water spraying all over the bathroom. It would make more sense for the rain shower to come on first, with the handheld wand as the secondary option. As it is, if housekeeping leaves the wand facing outward, you may get an unexpected shower before you get in! A few things to know about parking: parking at the hotel is not free if you book through a third-party site, and spaces are limited. There is a larger parking lot about an eight-minute walk from the hotel where you can park for €10 per night. You can drive up to the hotel to check in and unload your luggage, but you will then need to move your car to another parking area. Also, be aware of the traffic restrictions in the center of Moena. If you arrive between 5:00–7:00 p.m. or 9:00–10:30 p.m., do not drive into the center of town without first checking with a police officer and getting permission. Otherwise, you may be fined. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it especially nice to experience the evening atmosphere.

Really nice

The hotel has been recently renovated. The condition of the room and bathroom was perfect. It is situated in the very center of town surrounded by restaurants. The restaurante of the hotel is in fact one of the best places in town. There a ski rental place just opposite the hotel. Parking is also very close. Staff was really friendly and they helped me with one problem I had. I would absolutely recommend it.
