「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. 「Great location - quiet but easily walkable to the city centre. Good space in the property. The host made regular contact to make sure everything was in order and we had what we needed. 」

「This lovely little cottage is perfect. The location is great, it sits on the edge of a lovely big park and is a very short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. It is clean, bright and very comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything, it is very well equipped. Thankyou for a lovely stay I will definitely stay here again.」
