Quaint 2 bed Cottage in the Heart of Cambridge with free parking off-site
Summary:
A quaint cottage just steps from Parker's Piece, in a historic city centre location. Please note the rear backs onto a pub garden, which may be noisy on weekend nights. A spiral staircase from the sitting room leads to two bedrooms upstairs. There’s one bathroom with a tub and shower on the first floor, and a toilet room on the ground floor. We offer OFF-SITE FREE PARKING for one vehicle, approx. 5-min drive or 10-min walk away.
The Space:
A warm and cosy cottage that has been recently renovated. The central heating is controlled by a portable thermostat so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs.
The entrance vestibule leads directly into the sitting room where there are wooden floor and a steep staircase off to the first floor. Through the sitting room there is a separate kitchen/breakfast room fitted with modern units and appliances. The big kitchen window overlooks the rear of the property. A rear lobby has a cloakroom and an external access door to the courtyard, ideal for late summer evening drinks.
A member of the House of Luchini will always be available to answer queries and help. Booking with us gives you access to discounts and/or freebies at local cafés and attraction!

The Neighborhood:
The property is adjacent Regent Street and in close proximity to Gonville Place, on a 'no thorough road'. It is in walking distance of the train station and City centre with a variety of Restaurants and bars along Regent Street.
Mill Road is only a 5 minutes walk away with many independent shops and Restaurants to satisfy everyone's taste.
Property backs onto a pub garden and therefore it can be a little noisy at the weekends
Getting Around:
The property is right in the City centre so we recommend walking around or if you want to feel like a true 'Cantabrigian', hiring a bicycle.
Other Things to Note:
Once your booking is confirmed, rest assured that our price rates include fresh linen, soft towels, and the final cleaning fee. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves throughout your stay. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in and settle into a professionally cleaned, well-maintained space complete with fluffy pillows, crisp bed linen, and all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing visit.
