Respect the Space & Neighbourhood

No parties, large gatherings, or excessive noise.

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm – 7:00am.

Any complaints, disturbances, or breach of these rules may result in termination of booking, eviction, and forfeiture of all fees paid.

Guest Numbers

Only the registered number of guests on your booking may stay.

Extra guests are not permitted. Any unauthorised guests will result in eviction and forfeiture of fees.

No Leavers groups.

Property Use

Residential use only – no commercial activity, product sales, or illegal behaviour.

No washing cars, no tents, campers, or caravans on the property.

Please leave the home tidy and respected, as you found it.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

The Host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Guests should arrange their own insurance if desired.

Any personal items left behind will be held for up to 2 weeks; after this, they may be disposed of at the Host’s discretion.

Agreement
By booking and paying for your stay, you (the Guest) agree to this Rental Agreement. The Guest is the person named on the booking, and the Host is the person listed on the booking platform. This agreement applies to the property reserved and for the dates confirmed in your booking.

Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction and forfeiture of all fees, including unused nights.

Lovely home away from home

We enjoyed our stay, home away from home. Spacious than expected. Kids have their own space while adults enjoy time together at the alfresco. Such a big dining area outside with TV which is my favorite. Can watch while eating together. We loved how close it is to Sandunes, close to shops and petrol station.Thank you for accomodating us.

Amazing holiday property

Fantastic house for a family stay. So much space inside and out for the kids and family to play and hangout. Definitely a home away from home and such a good time. Close to everything, nice quiet area. Had a great time

Great house

Nice house, great location. Place was neat and tidy. Could be better with a few touches like light globs not working in some rooms and shower heads were terrible and one shower didn’t even have a shower head just hose. Overall happy with the stay but. Awesome holiday home with good linen and heaps of beds. Great semi outdoor bbq area. Warm comfortable and tidy, plenty of space

The host says that they are disgusted how we left the place. I would like a written explanation as to each issue. As we made sure we cleaned up where warranted. The cost was inclusive of a cleaning service so I would like to know what was so disgusting? Rad

So great with family trips

The property that we stay so amazing good location spot on my family so happy and have a great time . The kids are having fun as well with big backyard can running around playing dog thank you so much .we will coming back and staying again next time

Lancelin Dads and Kids Catch up

Had a sensational time with a few dads and kids, Close enough to stroll to pub for dinner, Bakery for breakfast and the dunes to play Big back yard to kick footy and for kids to ride bikes and scooters around. The dads want to book again :)

Great house

Great house! This house is a great layout for multiple families and has everything you need. The well-equipped outdoor area is fantastic! Perfect location, walking distance to the shops, park and tavern. Well will be back!
