"This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. "The house was very nice and comfortable for four of us. Even though it rained each day, there is plenty of nearby shopping. We always try to do short term rentals when we travel. A couple of suggestions - the house had no wash cloths, no can opener, no salt & pepper shakers. Towels racks in the bathrooms would be a huge help. The listing indicated a hot tub and 2+ bathrooms. There was no hot tub and two full baths. There was no welcome booklet with local restaurants, points of interest, wifi...

"Our multigenerational family had a wonderful long weekend. The house was well equipped with tons of amenities, it was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from lake winni! We had 4 adults, two teens and a puppy, and we all enjoyed our stay and the house!!"

"We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!"

The only problem we had was that the trash barrels were already full from the previous renters. I don’t like to complain so I waited a day or so figuring they would come empty them. No one ever showed up so eventually I had to call the number they tell you to. I spoke with them, they had me send them a picture of the full trash barrels. They said they would take...
