Cottage 1-2 is a spacious double end unit conveniently located closest to our entrance and Main Street, offering easy access to all that downtown Wolfeboro has to offer.

This cottage features two bedrooms - Bedroom 1 - one Queen bed w/ children's loft accessible by ladder with 2 Twins - Bedroom 2 - one Double bed, and two Single trundle beds. The cottage also includes an inviting electric fireplace and one full bathroom with a shower.
Step outside to your own **private courtyard**, complete with Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, charcoal grill (charcoal provided), and a chiminea with complimentary firewood—perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake.

**Maximum Occupancy:** 6 Adults + 2 Children (using the loft). Pet friendly $50 Fee applies. Pet must be registered at the time of booking. No unregistered pets allowed!
