「This house was incredible for our large group. Lots of amenities with a large living space. Plenty of things to do at the house together. Everything was communicated well in advance, and the house had everything we needed! Our only complaint was that the house was a little warm since the AC couldn't go past a certain temperature, but we were able to manage! Thanks for all of the great memories and being such a great host!」

「Terrific house that is perfect for friends and family to stay at and enjoy the strip and have a great place to come back to for some rest and recharging. Our dogs loved it too! The pool is not heated which I think is a good thing, it was perfect temperature for a 105 degree day. 」

「Beautiful property that fit seven adults quite nicely. Was a nice home base to Uber to the strip or to old Las Vegas. Pool and koi pond are amazing. 」

「We had a large group of people needing a place to stay for a weekend in Las Vegas. Finding this spot was the best thing that could have happened for our group. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably and had more than enough room for a great time. Our host Nick was always available to help with anything we needed. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. 「I booked the residence precisely because it allowed parties, and all the charges were made to my card. But to my surprise, I discovered the day before that I couldn't gather my friends and family to celebrate my birthday at the residence. Even though I respected the noise and schedule rules, the host stated that only 16 people are allowed in the residence, even if they're not sleeping. "当日アップグレードしていただきスイートにしてくださいました。部屋は広くバスルームも広くとてもとても快適でした。文句なしのホテルです。　ちょっと広すぎて移動が大変だったり迷ったりしましたが２泊では物足りないホテルでした。夜到着が遅くても飲食にも困らず最高に便利でした。駐車場が少し分かりにくかったですが20$とアメリカにしてはリーズナブルで助かりました！"

"チェックイン後、テレビの電源入らず、テクニシャンを呼んだら30分でfixしてくれた。4日後、外出から7pmに戻ったらテレビが電源入らず再発、ハウスキーピングに電話したがテクニシャンが忙しいと言うことで、待っても待っても来ななった。4時間無駄に過ごした。翌日朝レセプションに依頼したら夕方にはfixした。シャワーの排水口が詰まり連絡したらすぐにfixしにきてくれた。"

"31階の部屋を案内され部屋まで向かったが、ルームキーをかざしても反応せず。またフロントに戻ることになった。ホテル内がとても広くキャリーケースを持って部屋まで行くのが大変なのと、フロントで事情を説明しても並んで待て。とのことで、速やかな対応がなかった。ホテル側のミスなので優先的に対応すべきだったのでは。せめて謝罪があればよかったのだが。そこが残念。"
