"Hotel has very nice location and staffs are kind. Same as other city hotels, room is very small. I stayed in basic room. 20 square meters are smaller than you think. You also have to pay 7 CHF for using microwaves. Hotel has bo view but when you come out and turn right for 2 mins, you will see Kapell bridge right away!"

The room was comfortable, very clean and the price was reasonable. The staff at the desk were friendly, well informed and very willing to answer questions. Breakfast was excellent too. "

"Property and room was beautiful. We had wanted to extend our stay and had to make second booking for a different room. The general manager, Martin, noted this and reached out and managed to arrange for us combine both bookings and stay in the same room for both days. This made it a lot more convenient as we didn't have to deal with two different bookings on each day. Love the attention to detail by the staff."
