Property was very nice, bed was good size, breakfast was excellent. Only limiting things were the elevator was small and no television reception. We weren’t there for tv so it didn’t effect a terrific visit.

Nice and clean hotel, excellent location close to the station and old town. Breakfast had a few vegan options witch I greatly appreciate! Rooms are a little small and get really hot during summer time, but they are clean and cozy. Overall a good experience.

Starting with the location, fantastic. Steps from the train station, central to everything. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The reception was extremely helpful whenever asked. Finally, the breakfast will fill you with good quality food.

Breakfast was great. Location is very convenient to the train station and old town. The bathroom is teeny. The room is small. The lack of AC could be a deal breaker if it is hot. When we stayed it was just manageable if the fan was left on all night. The hotel is basic but entirely adequate I do recommend it if the price is right.

Very clean. Locality excellent, staff very helpful and greeted us really nicely. lovely breakfast, good selection. Only downfall was wasps in the breakfast area. During our stay a little boy got stung.

very friendly staff. my wife bruised her toe badly in zermatt and she had yo apply a cream and soak it in warm water. staff tracked fown am appropriately sized bucket she could you. nice breakfast buffet. will definitely return

This property was close to the train station. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself was excellent well prepared very fresh. The only downside to this hotel was that there was no air-conditioning.

I enjoyed my stay it was very close to the train station. Check in was easy and fast. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I need some help with planning my day and the young lady at night in the front desk. Was very helpful with guidance. We checked out very early and had no issues leaving the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

This hotel is really simple but was perfect for us. We enjoyed the balcony, breakfast, and was an excellent location. We also loved the vegetarian restaurant next door. The staff was incredibly helpful and you can walk easily!

This hotel was an easy 3 min walk from the train station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable although a little warm without air-conditioning, but a fan was supplied. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of fruits, cereals, yogurt, cold meats , cheese, boiled eggs and salad, Tea and coffee was available all day. It was very handy to be able to eat bought in food in the dining room at any time. This was an ideal hotel for our stay.
