Staff were flexible and helpful, room and hotel was charming and comfortable! We loved our relaxing trip and would love to visit again during their winter season.

Room was clean area a couple blocks away was a little suspect. Not bad for the money a unique place

I got the room that sleeps 7. What is not mentioned is the size. This is a 3 bedroom apartment without a kitchen it is very large by European standards. It has 1 3/4 baths. One has a tub the other has a shower. A large living room with plenty of seating. The staff was excellent. The gentlemen that manages the hotel couldn't do enough for us. Suggesting site seeing points of interest, showing us maps and discussing routes. He also speaks pretty good English.

The property was clean & well presented. It was close to the tram stop & only a few minutes into the main city area. In regard to communication, This was very poor. We had booked a deluxe room 6 months prior to checkin & didn't find out until we queried the room that was allocated at checkin that it was a standard double. After various attempts to find out why this happened we were told that our booking hadn't gone through even though it was confirmed through Expedia. After negotiating with the onsite manager we were refunded the difference.
