"Parking spots were horrible. No parking available near room building after 8pm. Main pool and lazy river weren’t complimentary to the guests. Charging overly priced. Housekeeping was not provided unless stay more than 7 days. This is not healthy for guests and bad hygiene. Outlets were loose on the wall. Need electric improvements. "

"Petit séjour de 4 nuits pour relaxer, magasiner aux premium outlet , se promener avec le «I ride  trolley » et passer une journée à Walt Disney! Le déjeuner (bagel new yorkais, pâtisserie fraîche fruits oeufs et viande ) était parfait! Nous avons profiter de la piscine et du jeu de poche. Nous avons utilisé 1 fois la navette gratuite pour se rendre à Walt Disney, par contre nous somme revenu en uber car nous voulions rester jusqu’à 22h et la navette du retour était vers 17h45 , trop tôt pour nous!"

"The location was great. The rooms smelled musty and the water in shower dripped all night. The shower floor was flat and the entire bathroom got wet when you took a shower. The gift shop employee was rude, on his phone the whole time and didn’t greet or talk to customers. I asked a question and he looked annoyed and he had AirPods in. "

"Just wish the outside patio was cleaner. I had no broom to clean it off and it drove me crazy."

"Easy to find. Conveniently located near Disney, SeaWorld and Universal parks. FREE PARKING with stay. STAFF IS EXCELLENT! Water park is great. Rooms wereVERY CLEAN / tidy. Rating of 3 this stay because they seemed significantly understaffed for Easter weekend/ Spring break. Waited 1hr and 22 minutes in line to get room keys AFTER confirming stay online. No express line for people to just get room keys or for a poor man in front of me whose room key wasn’t working after he had stayed there the first night. He waited in the SAME line for over an hr to get a working key card. However- despite their shift being slammed like that ALL DAY AND EVENING- the staff was courteous, professional and smiling for every guest. That’s an excellent mark of staff that understands customer service. Room reservation was for 4 people. Room slept up to 6. Only 3 sets of towels. When we asked for additional towels, after we had used them all, they were prompt but only delivered 3 more sets. No body wash in shower- the container was empty. Ice machine only seemed to be on the first floor. Perhaps they are getting new ones??? Overall a very good value for a family if 4 on a very busy weekend in Orlando. Have stayed there before and prob will again. Not looking for glamor just a clean room for 4 people. Bunk bed had full bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Small food court in lobby with ice cream and pizza. Movie theatre too!!"
