「Desk Person not very helpful. Said no breakfast any more and that coffee would be ready at 7;am. I got there at 7:10am and door to lobby was still locked and coffee was not even started yet. The room was clean but had gouges in wall. Wife found a bug in bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower handle was loose and so was toilet seat. not worth the money. would not recommend to anyone.」

「The pool it's amazing warm water」

「great place to stay at winter haven」

「Over all ok . Stayed in better but have stayed in a lot worse」
