「We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. 「Every room is a suite, but prices vary, and the staff is young. They need a checklist to make sure each room has what they need (shampoo, cups, A/C on…) It’s Pretty around the pool and hot tub was big. I like the mile walk to town in the morning when it’s quiet and calm next to the lake. The entire island is relaxing with great restaurants, yummy perch and walleye bites at the Village Pump. I would return in a minute. Looking forward to going again.」

「They have two buildings there I stayed in the exterior building because I had my dog with me. It’s great that they’re able to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, the hotel room rooms in the other building are much nicer. They’re also larger. On the second day we were there. I guess they had some kind of electric issue with the hot water tank and we had no hot water. They did accommodate us by allowing me to take a shower in the other building in a different hotel room. 「The he front desk staff was great! Very accommodating and had great costumer service!」

「Maybe because it's a resort price, but it was too expensive. It's worth $170. In the room, there was no space for luggage or a table other than the beds. Only one of the three lights in the bath space was on. There was heavy resistance in opening and closing the bathroom door. Even if the pool was dim, no lights were on. The only thing I was happy about was that the women at the front were very nice.」

「They had no microwaves, no refrigerators very basic room not worth the price at all. Location was good. It was close to everything but for the price of the room and what it offered was not worth it.」

「The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.」

「Brian at the front desk greeted us, was helpful and a super cool guy. The breakfast staff excellent, hot breakfast was sufficient for the price of the hotel stay to include breakfast you really can’t beat it and kids had a great time in the pool many people out there everyone having a good time. Clean room no complaints and 5 minutes from cedar point. Will stay again!」

「Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.」
