"My husband and I hosted our family and friends for a large celebration, and this was the perfect location to do so. The large kitchen and dining room were ideal for our purposes, and the outdoor amenities were amazing once the weather cooperated. The location feels remote, although it is 10 minutes from downtown Honesdale, a grocery store and liquor/beer stores. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed for hosting, and we liked that the property was so child-friendly. Many of our guests commented on how much they liked the property, and we would definitely use it again for hosting a large group. The only downside was the spotty wifi and cell phone reception, but that's to be expected in a rural location, and a landline phone is provided."
