"This was my first stay, I visited family for the weekend the location is perfect it’s newly built renovation was still going on but didn’t bother us even area was clean the staff are friendly this is definitely a place to stay in the Pocono area"

"We went to the hotel around 1.00am on Sunday, the front office lady was nice but all her self to assist 3 customers at once. I changed my room because it was not cleaned. Fifth floor room 516 bathroom toilet seat is so old and look dirty, My children said they will sleep in the car but not in the hotel. "Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. As soon as we checked in we had a bunch of issues. The AC did not work, the fire alarm went off twice in our room (we did not cook anything or have any smoke-related activity in the room), the TVs did not work, there was dried blood on the bedsheets, the bathtub was dirty and chipped, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Upon finally being switched to another room, the ACs and TVs did not work either. When leaving the resort the second night...
