「After confirming my reservation, I was informed on the day of check-in that one of the rooms was unavailable. They offered me a room with fewer beds, which I declined because it couldn’t accommodate my family. After an hour of conversing with the kiosk customer service representative, they promised to fit a rollout bed in the room, but it appeared uncomfortable.
