"Enjoyed the upgrade (paid) to the 2 bedroom. Beautiful view of the slopes from the floor leveled outdoor terrace. Great location to the arcade and indoor waterpark. Unfortunately, our fire place didn’t work. Called, but nobody came. Went snow tubing during the evening. Picked a great time, less crowds. It became crowded shortly after. 2nd day (Saturday) was spent at the indoor waterpark. Very crowded!! Suggest getting there before 10:30 am to find a table / chairs or book a cabana. There was nothing left by noon. Next time I will know how to plan better, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return during the summer months to check out the outdoor activities. Shuttles are convenient when it’s crowded & parking. "

"We had a great stay at this house in the Poconos! The home was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, Camelback, Barley Creek and Desaki. We especially loved how the garage was converted into a game room it was a nice hangout space for the kids. Another highlight was the deer that visited the yard daily. It was such a beautiful and peaceful touch that made the stay feel even more special.We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. "

"The keypad was broken upon entry. We had to call the number several times and maintenance was not available. We were able to get into the home through a remote entry, but then had to find the spare keys under a deck in the dark with no real directions. The house itself is very nice. It was too cold and snowy to see the lake. Home is cute, but the management company seemed to be located somewhere else and didn't seem to be local or familiar with the property. Home was clean and as advertised. "

"The host communicated promptly. The property was very clean and nicely put together. The amenities were top tier. We wished the deck was shoveled prior to us getting there because it was frozen solid and very deep. The dogs enjoyed it and the neighborhood is perfect for a nice scenic walk (we even saw a family of deer twice) There are lots of great restaurants nearby and the high school is minutes away, making it very convenient for the purpose of our trip! We will be back. Oh, and the bathroom is amazing!"
