Really nice place to stay and enjoy multiple activities: waterparks, zipline, tubing, golf and many others. Clean rooms and nice staff! It was really tough to find parking. We had good relaxing time and will come back for winter skiing!

I’ve been there before and my son loves the water park and arcade. But this time I was disappointed because they gave me a room with no balcony and no view at all. In fact it was a very dark room when I paid extra for balcony. Overall the staff is good and very family friendly.

The room we checked in had no body soap and it had no conditioner. Also the door leading to the outside of our room won’t lock. So anyone could go into our room from the outside. But the staff was helpful enough to give us a room upgrade.

The bad - Our room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in. The good - Omar was kind enough to wave the parking fee The bad - parking fee The bad - long checkin lines. with 10 computers and only 1 or 2 ppl checking ppl in this took wayyyy too long. The good - the rooms, very clean. comfy beds The bad- indoor water park, the bathrooms are horrible. The good - we had fun. We would come back because the place met our 1-night stay needs. the kids had fun and the staff was accommodating.

The front desk is horrible but the bell men are great and kind. We honestly ate off the resort and ordered out most of the time, they really need a regular restaurant open in the summer months because the buffet for a big resort is below par. The smell in our room was like mildew and the waterpark access is great but I would stay off the resort or at a different one and just come to the waterpark l. This stay overall is not worth the price. We will probably not be back.
