"Beautiful property! Housekeeping could use a refresher in the ABC’s of Housekeeping. Front Office and Restaurant staff were pleasant. Best part of the stay was the pool. "

"We were unable to turn on certain lights and manage the thermostat. Staff did not tell us about the need to use our room card to use lights and thermostat. We were going to use the extra blanket provided in the closet. After removing the wrapping to blanket, we found clumps of human hair. Our original reservation was 2 nights, but we left a day early due to being tired from the previous night. Upon checkout, staff were notified about our room issues. They were very polite during this visit."

"Everything is outdated the iron, iron board and refrigerator. It took them over 5 hours to give me body wash and conditioner. Waterpark was nice."

"We stay at this property at least once a month. We decided to stay in the Main Inn. Room was extremely small, no thermostat and the heat was pumping. Had to open the windows to cool off the room. Some paint peeling on the ceiling. Lack of electrical outlets and nightstands. Other buildings are definitely kept in better condition. "
