「This was our second stay. The first was in the champagne tower suite. This stay we had the heart shaped hot tub suite. Surprisingly the 2nd stay was better than the first. I’ve always wanted to stay in one with the champagne tower, and it was nice, but the heart shaped hot tub was actually more comfortable and we spent a lot more time in it than the champagne tower. 」

「I checked in late in the evening, as just stopping through on my drive across to the east coast for a quick sleep before heading out early. Being greeted by a smiling face who seemed genuine and happy to be there was very nice. The room was immaculate, very comfortable, plus beautiful, and very stylish. Breakfast at the bar was super tasty and quick! The bar tender/server was friendly and super personable. Later to find out at the end of a good conversation he is the general manger there. All in...

「The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful 」
