"The bed was big, but hard. The bedroom needed a light in the middle of the room. There were only lights by the side of the bed and it was quite dim. It was adequate, as we were visiting our son who was at a retreat at the UCLA Lodge minutes down the road. We felt the bathroom upstairs was a bit dangerous because it is right next to a stairwell. We also felt the stairs could use some treads on them. The main area when you walk in could use a rug and the mini fridge was super loud for some reason. But the price was right, and the staff seemed nice. There was no telephone in the bedroom to call the staff if you needed anything. Honestly, we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was fine."

"We only stayed from shortly after midnight to about 9:30am. Staff answered to direct us to our room even though it was very late - & we’re super friendly & patient as we tried to obtain key from the secure box. Room & bathroom were very clean, stocked well w/towels & there were instructions for all appliances. Great water pressure. Will definitely return for longer stay. "

"The Wifi info that we were given did not work at all! We did not have WiFi the entire trip. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It might have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The coffee maker did not work, which we realized after several failed attempts. The TV did not work at all. We did not have any TV the entire trip. The place was completely empty, except for us. What a ripoff and scam this place is! Also, I will never use this booking site ever again. I feel betrayed and scammed."

"Hosts are really on top of it with communication (even of you aren’t). Area is wonderful. You will see warning signs from the surrounding homeowners but they are very great people if you take a second to talk with them.Everything inside and outside the house were in great condition and as listed and the hosts were very kind."

The cabin is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom windows offer a stunning 'treehouse' view. The living room fireplace added a perfect touch of warmth, and Paul was an exceptional host—totally responsive and answering every text within minutes. Highly recommended!""

"You absolutely need to book this cozy home as soon as you can. We fell in love with it the moment we arrived. The lake view is truly stunning and Marilyn was the perfect host. It was such a relief to see that the photos accurately reflected every part of the home. Everything was spotless (a rare treat!), the kitchen was fully stocked and the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming. My husband and I loved walking the lake trail and trying the dinner spots Marilyn recommended. We did not mind cooking breakfast each morning with the stunning lake view from the kitchen. It was the perfect getaway for relaxing, unwinding and reconnecting with nature.We loved it so much that we already booked a return trip for the summer.
