The room was in good condition. The problem is the front desk person - she doesn't know what she is doing. It took us almost an hour before we can get both rooms we booked and paid for. Really nowhere to eat in Running Springs that isn't a diner or a pizza place. Have to drive into Big Bear(17 miles) to find a decent place to eat. However, if you are going to Snow Summit it is a convenient drive and much more affordable than Big Bea
