「Just what we needed in the heart of Pasadena. On site parking was great a little tight but found it easier to reverse down the driveway was best. Comfortable bed and AC worked excellent.」

「The host failed to ensure that I received my check-in instructions prior to my stay. I arrived at midnight and was unable to access the room. I sat in the hallway for an hour while the vrbo customer service team tried at least 3 different times to get a hold of the host. Ultimately I was unable to access the rental unit and had to find other accommodations at 1 in the morning. This was after I spent 10 hours driving and was utterly exhausted.」

「The bathroom shower was missing the plastic that keeps water in the tub. Due to that there was water damage and high potential for mold. Due to dealing with personal health issues we could not risk some where with a high potential of mold. We saw some signs and the seal between the tub and tile floor was open so water could easily flow under the tub and floor. The host dismissed the concern. We ended up leaving as soon as we discovered the problem. We spent one night since we arrived very late...

「The unit was clean, good location and loved having a washer and dryer in the unit because we stayed for 8 nights. I wish they had a few other items like tissues and ice cube trays but otherwise very nice.」

「The place worked out well for us. Very close to our son’s place. Neighbors a little noisy, but otherwise a comfortable and roomy place. 」
