「I loved my stay at Kristin and Richard's place. They are warm, friendly, helpful hosts who make it very easy to settle into the studio and find your way around the neighborhood. I'm definitely bookmarking this spot for another visit.」

「Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. Shortly after bathroom use, the toilet began to leak which was very unsanitary. I informed host that we just couldn't complete the stay. She...

「The picture looks very good, but what you don’t know- until you pay and actually get there- is that it is a very oddly-shaped 2nd back house. There is tight parking for two cars in the garage that you share with the residents of the 1st back house. Also, you reach the garage through an alley in the back. The neighborhood is ok, but the parking on the street is atrocious!! I felt very much duped.Monrovia is a beautiful city, but there are better places to stay.」
