「Technically I would give this a 3.5 star rating - Overall it was good, it was clean, and I got it for a good price. The only few complaints I had is the host kept giving me the wrong password for the wifi, and I didn't get the right one until the last day of my stay. The freezer kept getting stuck, and it took all 3 of us to open it (Hopefully that's an easy fix for the host). 「Arrived with a track team for the big Arcadia track meet. Excited to find an affordable place 20m from the track. Very quiet area which was great. House offered plenty of sleeping spaces and extra towels, blankets etc which was very nice. It was very bare bones but was great for a two night stay. I would just suggest a good cleaning of the walls, other than that it was very clean…especially the floors. They had lots of kitchen appliances so that was nice to have the options. Ac worked great....

"The room itself had no issues. The staff were very kind and could speak Japanese, which was reassuring. It also seemed like many Japanese guests stay there. However, the soundproofing is poor. You can hear noise from upstairs and traffic outside, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise. We were two people, but we were so exhausted that we fell asleep anyway. There is only a shower, and no amenities like shampoo or toiletries, so you need to bring your own. Towels are provided. There is parking available, but there is a fee per night. If you just need a place to sleep, it’s affordable and the bed sheets were clean. "
