The apartment features high-quality, modern furnishings and offers a comfortable living experience in a quiet location.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the apartment.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. This includes the living and sleeping areas, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, and the separate entrance. You will have exclusive use of the apartment and will not be sharing it with anyone else.

Sleeping
The king-size box-spring bed is designed for two people and ensures a restful night’s sleep. A sleeper sofa is also available and is particularly suitable for children or short stays. The apartment is not intended for longer stays by four adults.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for comfortable self-catering, including an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator.

The dining table is ideal as a workspace for business travelers or for working from home.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom features a high-quality, comfortable shower. Excellent insulation ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.

Surroundings
Stores such as Lidl, DM, and Netto are within a 5-minute walk. The city center is also easily accessible. The town has its own movie theater. Distances by car: Bielefeld city center (25 min), Detmold (15 min), A2 highway (15 min).

Ventilation System
Thanks to the integrated, silent ventilation system, the indoor air is automatically refreshed and filtered every 20 minutes, creating a consistently fresh and pleasant indoor climate.

Free Parking
Free parking spaces are available right next to the building; they are also suitable for larger vehicles.

Washer and Dryer
Upon request, guests may use the washer and dryer in the building. These are not located in the apartment and are available by prior arrangement.

Wallbox: Charging an electric car
A wallbox for charging electric vehicles is available on the property. Use is permitted by prior arrangement.

Pets
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.


The apartment is located in the residential building. As a rule, a contact person is available on site, especially by prior arrangement. Otherwise, you can easily reach us at any time by phone or email. Any concerns or questions can be resolved quickly and easily.

HOUSE RULES

We want all guests to feel comfortable and therefore ask that you observe the following:

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The apartment has a central ventilation system and is regularly used by people with allergies. Violations may require professional deep cleaning, the cost of which will be billed to the person responsible.

• The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please observe the quiet hours from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• The maximum number of guests must be observed. Commercial use of the accommodations are not permitted.

• The internet connection may only be used for legal purposes. The respective guest is liable for any illegal use.

• Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM; check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. We ask that you check out on time, as late check-out may result in additional charges, particularly if it affects subsequent guests.

• The kitchen must be left clean upon departure. Dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils must be washed and put away. Please leave the oven and stovetop clean. When baking, please use the provided parchment paper. In the event of an unusually high cleaning effort, we reserve the right to charge for it.

• Trash must be sorted according to the labels.

• The apartment has a central ventilation system with regular air exchange. Please do not cover the air vent next to the bed and do not leave doors open longer than necessary.

• You may use your own streaming accounts on the TV. Please remember to log out before departure.

• Lost keys or damage to the furnishings must be reported immediately. Any resulting replacement or repair costs may be charged to you.

• We assume no liability for personal belongings.

• The use or storage of illegal substances is not permitted.

• In the event of serious or repeated violations, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.


The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area adjacent to a cemetery. Parties and events are not permitted. The maximum number of guests must be strictly adhered to.

The accommodations are ideal for two adults. Accommodating two additional adults is only suitable for short stays and if the adults are not very “tall,” as the sofa bed is not the size of a double bed. The sofa bed is particularly suitable for children.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire apartment. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

The washer and dryer can be used upon request. A wallbox for charging electric vehicles is available by arrangement.
