The accommodation occupies the first floor of the property and has its own indoor and outdoor spaces, which are completely private.

You enjoy a comfortable house equipped with fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning in part of the accommodation, barbecue, children's equipment, bed linen provided.

The property also includes an independent accommodation upstairs, which is likely to be occupied during your stay. No interior space, terrace or garden is shared and there is no vis-à-vis between the two accommodations. Only the access gate to the property is shared.

The house is located in the Marina de Talaris, a family residential estate nestled in the pine forest. Depending on the opening periods, you can enjoy the heated communal swimming pool, tennis courts, city-stadium, beach volleyball, table tennis, petanque, playground, summer entertainment, loan of sports equipment and restaurant/bar in season.

The cycle paths cross the Marina directly and allow easy access to the lake, the forest and Lacanau-Océan.
