「Cozy little apartment for a quick stay. There is an informative book on the table giving the guests instructions for their stay and what to do. Only recommendation I have is to include where to take the garbage out to when you leave. Host very quick to answer any questions. Great location, easy to get around from location. 「Superb accommodations in an excellent, central location. Elegant without being pretentious. Magnificent kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might ever need plus high-end appliances. Very comfortable beds and luxury shower. Close walk to Park de la Tete l'Or -- fantastic park, gardens and outdoor zoo! Pascal was an excellent communicator and a very kind gentleman, greeting us upon arrival and seeing us off at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in...

「The apartment was spacious and in a quiet area. There was an amazing bakery just next door and plenty of restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets nearby. Easy to walk over the bridge to explore the other areas of Lyon.Pascal, the concierge was great. He helped us up the stairs with our luggage and, on departure, waited outside with us to ensure that our Uber arrived OK.」

「We were very happy with the property. The place is beautiful. One thing I wanted to mention is that, as is very common in Europe, there is no air conditioning. The weather was very hot in Lyon while we were there (close to 35 C) but the apartment stayed very comfortable with the fans provided. It has a beautiful view across the valley with lovely mature trees in the garden. A fantastic bonus is the heated swimming pool. It is a very good size, heated, feels private and doesn’t get busy. 「We stayed in this Villeurbanne flat for two weeks and were very pleased with its comfort and cleanliness. It's very close to the Charpennes station where you can take two different metro lines or a tram. There is also a bus station directly across the street so it's easy to travel all over the city. There is a delightful boulangerie right around the corner, as well as several convenient grocery stores, a pharmacy, and banks/ATMs. The TV has a YouTube app so we were able to get some American TV...
