Value for money

This studio is priced well for what it offers. It is clean, quiet, and if you lean out the window you can see the mountains. It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. On the corner there are a green-grocer, a bakery, a laundromat, and a "tacos" [North Americans would call them burritos] and doner place, as well as a subway and a bus station. The Velo'v bike rentals are two blocks away (in two directions). There is nothing of touristic interest, and pretty much everything closes by 9 PM or so, so if you're planning tourism or nightlife, the Metro or bikes will be your friend. The apartment has everything you need -- pull up and towards you hard on the front of the frame to unfold the futon into a surprisingly comfortable bed.

Je suis resté 2 nuits. Le studio est propre. Il est petit mais équipé du nécessaire. Le canapé convertible est confortable. Le studio est situé à proximité du métro et de vélos en libre service. J'ai été agréablement reçu. Rien à redire.

Bon rapport qualité-prix

Beau petit appartement pour 1-2 personnes situé dans Villeurbanne, près du métro, épicerie et petits restos. L'appartement est situé au dernier étage de l'immmeuble avec 92 marches d'escalier (pas d'ascenseur). Propriétaire toujours dispo par courriel avec une concierge au même étage. Le futon est confortable, semblable à un lit simple. Nous avons aimé notre séjour de 2 semaines.
